Andrew Saker

Andrew provides strategic and corporate advice to a number of businesses, primarily located in the United States, in relation to strategy and business performance.  Several of Andrew’s clients are litigation fund managers and capital providers.  Prior to Andrew’s current role, Andrew was the CEO and Managing Director of Omni Bridgeway Limited (OBL) from January 2015.  Andrew led OBL through its geographic expansion, product diversification and strategic transformation, migrating its business model from a capital provider to a fund manager.  In 2019 Andrew led the merger and integration of OBL’s European operations, to facilitate the growth of OBL to the largest litigation funding team in the world and the global leader in financing and managing legal risks.  Andrew retired from OBL in October 2023. Andrew saw the market capitalization of OBL increase 8X and enter the ASX200 during his tenure.  Until his appointment at OBL, Andrew was a registered liquidator and Official Liquidator in the Supreme and Federal Courts of Australia, and a partner of Australia’s largest boutique insolvency and restructuring firm for over 16 years.  Andrew has lived and worked in the United States, Asia and Australia.
